Every birth is a unique story, and my Birth Doula Support services are here to honour your individual preferences and choices.

With an experienced doula by your side, you’ll receive continuous physical and emotional support during labour and delivery.

I focus on creating a safe, nurturing environment that aligns with your vision, ensuring you feel empowered and confident as you welcome your new arrival into the world.

Connect for Birth Doula Support

  • Two prenatal visits; option to add additional visits.

  • On call at 37 weeks

  • Continuous support throughout labour and for up to 3 hours after birth.

  • Support via e-mail, text and telephone throughout your pregnancy and up to 8 weeks postpartum.

  • Two daytime postpartum shifts

  • Your choice of one of the following

    • 1 extra prenatal visit

    • 1 postpartum day visit

    • 1 8hr overnight shift (this option replaces the 2 daytime postpartum shifts)

Investment $1900.00 +HST
Prenatal visits are 2 hours. Postpartum shifts are 4 hours.

Birth Support Package

    • 1 postpartum day visit
